2025 FIM Youth Enduro World Championship - Decision of the FIM International Court of Appeal

Appeal lodged by TM Moto, TM Moto Boano Factory Enduro Team and Mr Alberto Elgari against decisions of the Race Direction and the FIM Stewards Panel during the 2025 FIM Enduro World Championship (Youth Category) held on 12-14 September 2025 in Vila de Rei (Portugal).

Following a hearing held at the FIM headquarters in Mies on 6 November 2025, the FIM International Court of Appeal (CAI) composed of a panel of three judges issued a decision on the merits, which was notified to the parties on 20 November 2025.

The CAI rejected the appeal lodged by TM Moto, TM Moto Boano Factory Enduro Team and Mr Alberto Elgari against decisions of the Race Direction and the FIM Stewards Panel to disqualify the rider Mr Alberto Elgari for changing the bike during the race. The decision of the FIM Stewards Panel of 13 September 2025 is upheld and the disqualification will therefore stand. The official standings for the 2025 FIM Enduro World Championship (Youth Category) are attached to this document.
